Positrak is a member of the Auto Care Association, formerly the Automotive Aftermarket Assocation. The Auto Care Association develops the industry standards and best practices that we follow when developing our own cataloging system. In conjunction with that, we are also memebers of ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard). ACES is the industry standard for sharing catalog application data electronically. ACES data is provided monthly from the Auto Care Association, and is accordingly updated right away in our system.

The Auto Care Association also publishes PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) standards. PIES data is published by the manufacturers and provides a great deal of complementary information to the application data, including specifications, interchange information, and digital assets. This data is continually updated in our catalog of parts as it is provided from the manufacturers.
